Appliance

Appliance 

 

It isn't always a dud.

     It's a whim

          of movement

when every ripple muscled

     against our brain.

          Some enjoy

an arm that rattles,

     sinews,

          and marrow,

strung on plastic yet more

     flexible and pliant.

          Reach to tie, 

 

then reach down

     to fold then tear, purse,

          cup. Smash 

burrow, tunnel,

     and run below 

          the appliance.
