of pudding
in the loaf's center)

because couldn't get
loaf out of pan
shookit&shookit&shookit
Real HARD
until saw it was a crusty
shell with this porridge
in the middle]
ate it anyway
almost just happened again
had to put it back in
at 350° for 15 minutes
to cook some more
not miniature black holes
new: yeast bread
King Arthur all purpose flour was it today; no cheap store brand available, so I paid $4.99 for 5#!
