     When I washed dishes

at Lorenzo's Pizza, I also helped

set up the grand opening.

Larry taught me that you need

a huge window between dining

room and kitchen if "You're gonna

     throw pizzas for your public!"

He made his money as a steel

worker in Youngstown then built

pizza places in Miami, Lauderdale,

Orlando, and Titusville. He showed

me his Grossmutti's pizza sauce

recipe and how to use a Hobart

     mixer to make pizza dough.
